Q. I have no experience with websites, will I be able to use your system?
A. Yes! Our UW admin sites utilise software called "textEditor". The interface is very similar to Microsoft Word which is intuitive and easy to pick up. We give you 12 months free telephone support with your website, so the answers are just a phone call away.

Q. Are there any hidden costs?
A. No, there are no hidden extras. The basic 6 page site contains all you should need for a family or small business website with no further costs. Any further pages are charged at £75 per page which is a one off cost. The initial fee also includes 12 months hosting/domain package normally charged at £110 p.a.

Q. Will I get emails with my site?
A. You're hosting package comes with many goodies including 20 pop3 email accounts, statistics and webmail (so you can access your emails from anywhere in the world) all accessible from your online controlpanel.

Q. Could I add further fuctionallity to my site in the future?
A. Should you outgrow your website we can offer further functionallity including Flash animation, eCommerce solutions guestbooks, forums and even chatrooms at highly competitive prices.
